Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety Management Policy

Article 1 Purpose
LiZhu Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. ("Our Company",together with its subsidiaries, collectively referred to as"the Group"or"we") is committed to"the mission of prioritizing patient quality of life"and focuses on providing high-quality products for life and health. Sound environmental, occupational health, and safety (“EHS”) management is an essential foundation for achieving this mission.
We adhere to the concept of sustainable development and uphold"the values of Life First, Safety First, Compliance with Laws and Regulations, and Environmental Protection"ofEHSand incorporateEHSthese considerations into corporate strategic decision-making. We are committed to continuously improving the performance of environmental, occupational health, and safety management, and we commit to setting targets for reducing environmental impact and occupational health and safety, as well as taking action to achieve those targets.
In order to clarify the overall principles, requirements, and management framework of the Group’s environmental, occupational health, and safety management, based on laws and regulations such as the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China," and the "Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China," as well as relevant internal rules and regulations, this Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety Management Policy ("this Policy") is hereby established.
Article 2 Scope of Application
1This Policy covers all operating locations of the Group and applies to the Group, all its employees, and contract workers.
2This Policy covers the Group’s production, operation, and commercial facilities, products and services, distribution and logistics, waste management, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and other aspects, and applies to the Group’s suppliers, service providers, contractors, and other major business partners.

Article 4 Principles
1Ensure that the Group fully complies with all applicable laws, regulations, international standards and regulations, voluntary programs and/or collective agreements related to environment, occupational health and safety, including the "Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China," the "Safety Production Law of the People’s Republic of China," and the "Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law of the People’s Republic of China," etc.EHSrelevant laws and regulations, as well as local ordinances and regulations in the operating locations of the Group’s enterprises.
2Commitment to continuous improvement of occupational health and safety (“OHS”) management system performance, establishing"zero accidents and zero injuries"Set quantitative goals, establish work priorities and action plans, and implement them.
3Commitment to continuous improvement of environmental performance and setting targets to reduce environmental impact, taking improvement actions to minimize the environmental impact of our business, including reducing carbon and waste emissions, improving energy and water resource utilization, and striving for carbon neutrality.
4Commitment to not funding activities that deny climate change or lobbying activities that oppose climate regulations.
5Commitment toProtecting biodiversity and not engaging in deforestation.
6、OHSThe formulation of policies and related systems should solicit opinions from employees and/or employee representatives.
7To provide a healthy and safe working environment for the Group's employees, contract workers, and other personnel related to the Group's business, protecting them from potential health hazards and injuries.
8Regularly and proactively disclose the Group'sEHSmanagement performance and accept supervision from investors and the public.
9、Take measures to improve the understanding of this policy and the Group's relatedEHSsystems and environmental impacts among employees, contract workers, contractors, suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders, and require them to strictly comply.

Article 5 Control Measures
(1) Occupational Health and Safety Control Measures
1Establish a sound safety production responsibility system, implement the responsibilities of personnel at all levels, and ensure that personnel at all levels are responsible for safety production work within their scope of responsibility.
2Establish a dual prevention mechanism for risk control and hazard investigation and governance, improve the risk prevention and resolution mechanism, improve safety production levels, and ensure safety production.
3IntegrateOHSrisk management and assessment into all business processes, develop effective action plans and priorities, and continuously improve the Group's risk management level.。
4Accident and emergency response: Develop emergency response plans andresponse mechanismsConduct regular training and emergencydrillsto strengthen the ability to respond to accidents and emergencies,minimize the impact.。
5、Establish a sound occupational disease prevention and control responsibility system, strengthen the management of occupational disease prevention and control,conduct investigations into work-related injuries、health problems, diseases and accidents and based on the investigationresultstakerelevantmeasures,improve the level of occupational disease prevention and control,to ensure the physical and mental health of employees.
6EstablishOHSan assessment mechanism, incorporatingOHSmanagement into performance appraisal, and continuously improving the Group'sOHSmanagement performance.
7Regularly hold employee representative meetings, encouraging all employees to participate in the Group'sOHSmanagement, listen to employee suggestions, continuously improve the Group'sOHSmanagement, and strengthen employeeOHSself-management awareness.
8Establish a soundOHSmanagement system and supporting documents, conduct regular audits, audits and internal audits to ensure compliance with the company's requirements and relevant laws, regulations and rules.
9Regularly conductOHSmanagement training to strengthen the Group'sOHSmanagement culture building.
(2) Environmental Management Control Measures
1Set targets for pollutant and waste reduction and incorporate them into performance appraisals, continuously strengthening the Group's environmental management efforts to reduce pollutant and waste emissions and reduce the adverse environmental impacts of production activities.
2Set targets for energy and water resource use and carbon emission reduction, and incorporate them into performance appraisals. Actively respond to the national overall goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, improve energy and water resource use efficiency through improvements in equipment, technology, and production processes, actively increase the proportion of renewable energy use, strengthen the construction and application of clean energy projects such as photovoltaics, to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and strive to achieve carbon neutrality.
3Governance from the source, optimize product structure, regularly review equipment and processes, and continuously practice green development.
4Actively carry outISO14001environmental management system certification, establish a sound Group environmental management system, comply with environmental laws, regulations and standards in the locations of the Group's enterprises, carry out environmental protection work strictly in accordance with relevant requirements, and encourage the Group's contractors, suppliers and other relevant parties to actively improve and implement effective environmental management systems.
5Continuously improve environmental management performance, establish a sound environmental management framework from top to bottom, break down tasks item by item, and implement responsibilities at all levels.
6Conduct internal and external environmental audits, covering: legal compliance, waste reduction, pollutant reduction, environmental management system improvement, energy saving and consumption reduction, water resource use, biodiversity protection, etc.
7Promote the Group's green and sustainable development through cooperation with external institutions such as universities and research institutions on environmental protection work.
8Regularly disclose the Group's environmental management information in accordance with relevant requirements and accept supervision from investors and the public.
9Regularly conduct ecological and environmental protection training for employees and implement an ecological and environmental protection responsibility system to clarify the ecological and environmental protection responsibilities of all levels of the Group.
10Continuously improve the environmental protection awareness of internal and external stakeholders such as employees, contract workers, suppliers, and contractors through ecological and environmental protection activities.
11Key measures for protecting biodiversity include:
(1)Strictly abide by laws and regulations related to biodiversity protection.
(2)Assess the dependence on and impact of its own business activities on natural resources, continuously reduce the adverse impact of business activities on biodiversity, promote the sustainable use of natural resources, and maintain ecological balance.
(3)Application of"mitigation hierarchy"methods, namely"avoid, reduce, restore, offset",to strive for"zero net loss"。Specifically:
Avoid: When carrying out project/factory planning and other business activities, avoid locations with important biodiversity and environmentally sensitive areas, consider alternative solutions, so as not to cause losses to local biodiversity, and ensure that the project/is comparable to the biodiversity of the ecosystem before the construction of the factory.
Reduce: Use eco-friendly technologies and supporting measures to mitigate the negative impacts on biodiversity (including direct, indirect, and cumulative impacts).
Restore: If negative impacts have already occurred, remedial measures will be taken to repair the damage caused.
Offset: Compensate for biodiversity damage that cannot be avoided, reduced, or restored to offset any remaining adverse impacts.
(4)Do not use any animal or plant materials from species listed in the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES)for product production, and verify the raw materials provided by suppliers to ensure that they do not belong toCITESlisted animal or plant materials.
(5)Cultivate respect for natural resources in all business operations, enhance the awareness of employees and suppliers in protecting biodiversity, and continuously strengthen internal biodiversity protection publicity and training.
12Our own operations do not involve deforestation, and we are committed to maintaining zero deforestation in future operations.
13Incorporate incentives and regulatory measures in the procurement process, prioritize suppliers with good environmental performance, and encourage supply chain partners to improve their environmental awareness and performance.
Article 6 Other
1This policy has beenESGreviewed and approved by the committee.ESGThe committee regularly reports to the board of directors on the implementation of this policy and provides suggestions for the board of directors' decision-making and supervision.
2、ESGThe committee has full authority to implement, supervise, and regularly review this policy.ESGThe committee is responsible for the interpretation and revision of this policy.
3Matters not covered in this policy shall be implemented in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents.
4This policy shall come into effect from the date of its promulgation.
