Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
I. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Fuzhou Fuxing Fermentation Tank Air Duct Renovation Procurement Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, Nangang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Area, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Removal, installation, and replacement of process pipelines, instrument installation
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: General contracting for construction projects at Level 2 or above + Mechanical and electrical installation engineering professional contracting at Level 2 or above
(5) Equipment Delivery Period: 35 calendar days
II. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, and able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificates (including special equipment and pressure pipeline installation), performance in the last three years, annual financial statements, photocopies of contracts for similar projects with a total price exceeding 2 million (the above photocopies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
III. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 7 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials and will provide written feedback to confirm the bidding qualifications of qualified potential bidders.
