Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: A set of freeze-drying automatic discharge system project for Fuxing Company
(2) Project Implementation Location: Jiangyin Town, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Content: A set of freeze-drying AGV automatic discharge system, see URS for details
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Meet the GMP requirements for pharmaceutical equipment. The manufacturer should have advanced manufacturing processes, processing technology, advanced production equipment, scientific management, and product quality at the leading level in the industry; be honest and trustworthy, with good after-sale service. There are many domestic customers, with no major quality issues or defect feedback.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period: Delivery within 90 days as required by our company after receiving the bid notification letter
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan, having manufacturing experience of more than 50 sets of similar pharmaceutical equipment, and able to send a technical person in charge to participate in technical Q&A within the specified time;
2. Required submission materials for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact person with communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
