Business Ethics and Compliance Disclosure
Livzon upholds the highest standards of business ethics and maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption, discrimination, and all forms of misconduct. During the period of 2022-2025, the Company recorded zero incidents or violations in the areas of corruption or bribery, discrimination or harassment, customer privacy data breaches or violations, conflicts of interest, and money laundering or insider trading. The Company continues to strengthen internal controls, employee training, and whistleblowing mechanisms to ensure all business activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and international best practices. Disclosure on Policy Influence and Contributions
Livzon maintains the highest standards of transparency in managing policy influence activities.
During the period of 2022-2025, the Company did not make any direct or indirect contributions, donations, or expenditures to political campaigns, political organizations, registered lobbyists, or lobbying groups. The Company only paid standard membership fees to industry self-regulatory organizations to support listed companies’ governance and sustainable development initiatives. Details for 2022-2025 are as follows:
- Annual membership fee of RMB 50,000 paid to the China Association for Public Companies (CAPC). Livzon Pharmaceutical Group serves as a member of the First Sustainable Development Special Committee of CAPC for the term 2022–2025, with no additional fees or donations incurred.
- Membership fee of RMB 30,000 paid to the Guangdong Association of Listed Companies.
Apart from the above routine membership fees, there were no other contributions or expenditures related to political campaigns, legislative influence, or policy lobbying during 2022 - 2025. The Company remains committed to maintaining high transparency and will continue to disclose relevant information in its annual Sustainability Reports.
