Recently, Lizhu was successfully selected for the S&P Global "Sustainability Yearbook (China Edition) 2024" due to its excellent performance in environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG), and was awarded the only "Industry Best Progress Company" recognition in the Chinese pharmaceutical industry for 2023. This is the second year that the S&P Global "Sustainability Yearbook (China Edition)" has been published, with 129 Chinese companies standing out from over 1,700 evaluated companies, of which only 5 are from the pharmaceutical industry.

It is worth mentioning that Lizhu was also selected for the S&P Global "Sustainability Yearbook 2024" in February this year and received the only "Industry Best Progress Company" recognition in the global pharmaceutical industry for 2023.

The S&P Global "Sustainability Yearbook (China Edition)" aims to identify and recognize Chinese companies that demonstrate sustainable development advantages across various industries. This honor is a recognition of Lizhu's unremitting efforts in sustainable development and marks another important milestone on Lizhu's path to sustainability.

Lizhu has always placed a high priority on corporate ESG management, establishing an ESG governance structure with the board of directors as the highest decision-making body, and incorporating ESG assessment indicators into the personal performance evaluations of ESG working group members, creating a compensation mechanism linked to sustainable development. Through top-down policy implementation and effective ESG management and improvement actions, a solid development core for Lizhu's sustainable development work has been established.

In the future, Lizhu will uphold the vision of "being a leader in the pharmaceutical industry," with the mission of "putting patient quality of life first," actively undertake more social responsibilities, optimize the corporate governance system, and continuously promote high-quality sustainable health development.
