The group held its 29th anniversary celebration and Spring Festival gala.
On the evening of January 15, the Zhuhai Dehan Grand Hotel's Golden Age and National Banquet Hall were adorned with lights and decorations, shining brightly. The group's 29th anniversary celebration and Spring Festival gala were grandly held here. Group Chairman Zhu Baoguo, President An Ning, Executive Vice President Tao Desheng, Vice Presidents Yang Daihong, Lu Wenqi, and Xu Guoxiang attended the conference, where Chairman Zhu Baoguo delivered a work report. Over 1,700 attendees included the group's enterprises, sales teams, and some management from subsidiaries. The conference was divided into two chapters: the first chapter was the work annual meeting, and the second chapter was the Spring Festival gala.
At 18:15, Group Chairman Zhu Baoguo, President An Ning, Executive Vice President Tao Desheng, Vice Presidents Yang Daihong, Lu Wenqi, and Xu Guoxiang entered the venue to cheerful welcoming music and took their seats on the podium, with applause echoing throughout the venue.
After the executives took their seats, the first chapter of the conference began. Chairman Zhu Baoguo delivered the work report.
Zhu.First of all, I would like to thank all employees for their hard work over the past year. He said, we gather together to celebrate the 29th anniversary of Lizhu Group. On behalf of the group's management and in my personal capacity, I extend my heartfelt thanks to all employees, especially those who have served Lizhu for 20 and 10 years! I also express my warm regards to the heads of secondary enterprises and marketing frontline personnel who returned to the headquarters for various meetings; you have all worked hard!
Looking back at 2013, we continuously deepened marketing reforms and team building, achieving our annual operational goals; the group's strategic transformation has achieved phased results, with outstanding work in monoclonal antibodies and vaccines; particularly commendable is that the overall relocation of the new factory will also commence, the group has completed the operation of converting B shares to H shares, and H shares will be listed in Hong Kong tomorrow, allowing the company to emerge with an independent trend under very difficult external conditions; therefore, I propose: let us express our highest respect and sincere gratitude to all employees with the warmest applause!
Looking ahead to 2014, we are full of confidence, but the tasks for 2014 are both glorious and arduous.
First, we must continue to accelerate the pace of building the marketing team, fundamentally cultivating a first-class team that can endure hardship, fight fiercely, and win tough battles. We must do everything possible to increase sales; this is our unchanging goal, and we must enhance the overall strength of sales to achieve large-scale combat effectiveness.
Second, the overall relocation of the group headquarters must be expedited, and we need to quickly realize scale advantages at the new factory, allowing all employees to showcase their talents in the new business.
Third, we need to accelerate the research and development, clinical trials, and pilot production of monoclonal antibodies and vaccines, seizing strategic high ground and leading in biopharmaceuticals.
Fourth, we must continuously improve management levels, enhance execution capabilities, optimize processes, streamline administration, and fulfill our respective responsibility indicators.
Finally, I hope all employees will set ambitious goals and strive hard to achieve the objectives for 2014. We must always keep our sights on the average growth level of the industry, and this must not waver!

Outstanding provincial companies and individuals on the sales frontline were recognized and awarded trophies and honor certificates. Advanced departments such as the administrative headquarters were also recognized and awarded honor certificates. Teams and individuals who received the "President's Commendation Order" in 2013 were recognized and awarded bonuses and honor certificates. A total of 6 projects received the commendation order in 2013, marking a bumper harvest since the award was established.
After the commendation segment, the conference entered the second chapter - the Spring Festival gala.
The gala opened with the opening dance "Chinese Garden" from the synthetic plant, setting a joyful tone.The highly creative shadow play "The Future" showcased the origin of life while reflecting the monoclonal antibody company's commitment to biopharmaceutical research and development and the innovative spirit of its employees. The reagent company's dance "Belongs to you" presented a visual impact combining tradition and modernity. The performance "Three and a Half Sentences" by the group's executive team was humorous and pushed the gala to a climax. The duet "Endless Love " expressed the reproductive sales team's dedication to creating family happiness. The stage play "Competing for the Spring Festival Gala" performed by the sales management team used surrealistic techniques to elevate the joy of the audience, resulting in thunderous applause. The gala concluded with the dance "Let Us Dance" from the pharmaceutical factory. The lottery activities interspersed between the programs became the main theme of the second chapter of the conference, with various awards bringing the gala into a sea of joy.
Through twenty-nine springs and autumns of hard work, we have created great achievements in the pharmaceutical industry. The years have etched the unceasing footsteps of Lizhu people. As we stand at the threshold of our thirtieth year, Lizhu is about to relocate to the magnificent, state-of-the-art, and beautifully landscaped Lizhu Industrial Park. This marks another glorious chapter in Lizhu's history, and it will also paint a grand picture of the new journey of Lizhu.
