Remember to walk into the Jinwan event

Before the large team set out for the "New Long March, New Leap - Large Inspirational Walk into Jinwan," Mr. An Ning, the president of the group, succinctly yet profoundly quoted three sentences to highlight the significance of this event and to send off the participants.

Mr. An emphasized: Mr. Lu Xun once said, "There was originally no road on the ground, but when many people walk, it becomes a road." Today, Lizhu is exploring a path that our predecessors have not yet taken. As long as we have the right direction, a unified goal, and walk hand in hand, the road will be beneath our feet; the second sentence is often said: "The stronger the heart, the further the road." As long as we hold our ideals and have firm beliefs, we can reach the shores of success; the third sentence is a poem written by the great leader Chairman Mao during the Long March, "Climbing the Lou Mountain Pass." On the occasion of the 120th anniversary of Chairman Mao's birth, it inevitably reminds us of his magnificent verse: "The majestic pass is indeed like iron, and now we step forward from the beginning!" I believe our activity is not simply about walking from Guihua North Road to the new factory, a visible distance, but rather understanding through practical experience: after the overall relocation of the headquarters, Lizhu has overcome the storms of the past, and the development of the enterprise and team building has reached a higher and newer starting point. This is the purpose and significance of our activity.

Nearly 300 colleagues participated in this large inspirational expansion, regardless of age, gender, athletic ability, or position, all walked as ordinary travelers, crossing every inch of this meaningful 70-mile land from the headquarters to the new factory with their own feet.

The chairman of this event, Mr. Zhou Peng, the group's administrative director, said at the beginning of the event: This event is the largest team activity of the group headquarters in 2013, and Lizhu will take this event as a solemn ceremony to bid farewell to the old and welcome the new.

Indeed, this large inspirational walk, full of positive energy, appeal, determination, and momentum, has composed the most brilliant chapter in the magnificent symphony of 2013! In past experiences, everyone must have had some experience and feeling: some things or activities, no matter how hard you try to elevate, associate, or stretch, are difficult to reach the preset height; while some things and activities, once the curtain is lifted, their extraordinary significance is destined - this grand, passionate, and heart-stirring team of nearly 300 people, as soon as they gathered and set off, made one feel: this activity, both in connotation and extension, has exceeded the activity itself. It can undoubtedly be regarded as a landmark work, a finale, and a perfect conclusion for the headquarters team building in 2013, achieving an extraordinary and unexpectedly great harvest!

As the team stepped out of the factory gate, crossed the Jiuzhou Avenue, and passed the Qianshan Bridge, they stepped onto the wide and flat Zhuhai Avenue, which gracefully leads to the magnificent new factory gate. The participating colleagues were full of emotions, spirited, enjoying the willpower training and spiritual baptism of this activity.

The weather was favorable, the light haze in the morning gradually dissipated near noon, and the fresh wind brushed away the dust and heat of the athletes in motion.

The tall and swaying southern trees on both sides of the main road saluted the marching team, and the 3000-meter-long Zhuhai Bridge spanned the river flowing southward, about to enter the sea. Looking out from the railing, the blue river flows endlessly, the blue sky showers warm sunlight, and the blue sports T-shirts outline the agile and dynamic posture of Lizhu athletes!

Descriptions are always poetic, but the 70 miles must be walked step by step.

On this long journey, there were times when athletes walked together, times when colleagues walked briskly, times when partners bent down to tighten their shoelaces, and times when teammates paused to stretch their waists and move their knees and ankles.

Every colleague at the service station handed drinks to the hurried travelers and food to the award-winning athletes; the cycling team members gracefully traversed the 70-mile march route, guiding, assisting, directing, or leading, like a group of dancing musical notes!

The further the road goes, the more tired people become, but as everyone chased and brushed past each other, they did not forget to encourage each other with a "Come on!" and a "Take care!"

This event was truly touching and shocking.

When the group leaders reached the east of the Niwanmen Bridge, the deputy district mayor of Jinwan District, Mr. Xia Zhigao, and his team were there to welcome them. The staff presented flowers to Mr. An, Mr. Tao, and all the walking athletes, representing the district committee and district government in welcoming Lizhu to Jinwan. Mr. An expressed: After Lizhu's overall relocation to Jinwan, with the strong support of the district committee and district government, Lizhu will be built even better! Subsequently, the leaders of the district government and the group leaders walked side by side across the Niwanmen Bridge, symbolizing the determination of government-enterprise cooperation and creating brilliance together.

The participating athletes, through practical efforts and courageous struggles, finally walked into the new factory. The first place in the men's group was Zhou Wu from the pharmaceutical factory, who took only 2 hours and 41 minutes. The second place was Zhang Hongzhen from the administrative headquarters, the third was Chen Lifeng from the pharmaceutical factory, the fourth was Cheng Huajian from the synthetic factory, the fifth was Li Benqiang from the vaccine company, and the sixth was Huang Yong from the vaccine company; the first place in the women's group was Liu Caixia from the pharmaceutical factory, the second was Ma Jianyun from the strategic marketing department, the third was Xie Hezhi from the research institute, the fourth was Wu Yujia from the pharmaceutical factory, the fifth was Wang Luxiu from the pharmaceutical factory, and the sixth was Wei Dan from the synthetic factory.

The first prize for the group was the first group, the second prize was the ninth group, the third prize was the thirteenth group, and the excellence awards went to the third group, fifth group, and tenth group.

Mr. Yang Daihong, the vice president of the group, finished second with a time of just 3 hours to reach the new factory, and as a group leader, he gave his award ranking to ordinary employees.

The new factory gate was newly arranged, with a huge archway appearing grand, solemn, and warm. The organizing committee held the award ceremony here, which was hosted by Mr. Zhou Peng, the group's administrative director.

Zhou said that Lizhu is a local pharmaceutical company that has grown in Zhuhai. Since its establishment in 1985, it has gone through 29 years. At the moment of approaching its 30th anniversary, and at the historical juncture of relocating to Jinwan, the group organized this walking event towards Jinwan. This marks the starting point of Lizhu's new Long March and a milestone in Lizhu's development. On this hot land of Jinwan, with the support of the Jinwan District Committee, the District Government, and the people of Jinwan, new brilliance will be created. The successful holding of this event received strong support from the Jinwan District Committee and the District Government, and district leaders attended the event despite their busy schedules. Lizhu's positive and striving corporate Culture will surely enable the company to take the lead in the wave of strategic transformation and upgrading after settling in Jinwan. The Jinwan District Committee and the District Government will provide good service for Lizhu's development, helping Lizhu to become a national pharmaceutical company worth 10 billion, driving the Jinwan pharmaceutical industry to develop well and quickly. Group President An Ning delivered a concluding speech at the award ceremony. He said emotionally: Everyone has worked hard! If one person walks from the group headquarters to the new factory within the specified time, it is a very difficult task for everyone. Why can so many colleagues successfully complete this 35-kilometer journey today? The answer is that we are all a team. Only when a team encourages each other and moves forward together can we achieve today's results. The event can forge the team's combat effectiveness and cohesion, and it can enhance the team's will to strive together for a common goal. This is true for events and also for work. Lizhu has gone through nearly 30 years since its establishment and has achieved continuous profitability, which reflects the team's cohesion of Lizhu people working hand in hand for a common goal. I believe that with the support of the Jinwan District Committee and the District Government, as long as our team works hard together and fully exerts the power of the team, Lizhu's entry into the 10 billion-level enterprise group is just around the corner, and Lizhu will surely achieve a new leap after settling in Jinwan.

The winners of this event are certainly commendable, but the spirit of persevering to walk the entire distance in more than 6 hours, without losing heart or giving up, is particularly moving. This is a large-scale inspirational expansion activity and the most meaningful team-building activity. If it weren't for the power of the team, how could such a goal be achieved? This also returns to the original intention of the event: Why organize employees to walk 70 miles? Everyone has completed the entire journey, and the reason is clear.

In the countless WeChat messages that followed, everyone strongly hoped to make this event a regular program for the company to welcome the new year. What kind of work arrangement can better illustrate the issue than the heartfelt love and active participation of everyone?
