On the afternoon of May 16, Academician Zhang Boli, President of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and President of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, led a delegation including Professor Cheng Yiyu, Vice President of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Professor Kang Liyuan, Director of the Office, Dr. Zhang Junhua from the President's Office, and Professor Qu Haibin, Director of the Institute of Drug Informatics at Zhejiang University, to visit the group headquarters for inspection and exchange, and to attend the signing ceremony for the post-marketing re-evaluation research of "Shengqi Fuzheng Injection". The group chairman Zhu Baoguo, Executive Vice President An Ning, Vice President Lu Wenqi, Dr. Cao Hui from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Center, Deputy Director of the Research Institute Hu Haitang, Administrative Director Zhou Peng, Director of Limin Pharmaceutical Factory Xie Haiyan, and Dr. Huang Wenhua from the Research Institute warmly welcomed Academician Zhang and his delegation.
At 3:30 PM, Academician Zhang Boli and his delegation arrived at the group headquarters. Mr. Zhu briefly introduced the group's 28 years of growth history, the care from past party and national leaders, the production, research and development, and sales of key products such as Esomeprazole, Shengqi Fuzheng Injection, and antiviral granules, as well as the company's commitment to transforming into biopharmaceuticals in the first-floor exhibition hall. After visiting the exhibition hall, Academician Zhang and his delegation watched the group promotional video and had in-depth discussions with Mr. Zhu, Mr. Lu, and other company leaders. Mr. Zhu expressed that it was an honor for the company that Academician Zhang could take time out of his busy schedule to visit Lizhu Group and attend the signing ceremony for the post-marketing re-evaluation research of "Shengqi Fuzheng Injection". He hoped to leverage the strength of Academician Zhang's top research team to make the company's key product, Shengqi Fuzheng Injection, stronger and larger, and also hoped that Lizhu Group could establish closer cooperation with Academician Zhang's team in research project establishment and talent transfer. Academician Zhang stated that Lizhu, as a well-known pharmaceutical enterprise in China, has always attached great importance to product quality and research investment, which is also the main reason for his special visit to Lizhu Group for on-site inspection. Academician Zhang also provided specific suggestions on how to make Shengqi Fuzheng Injection stronger and larger, hoping that through this post-marketing re-evaluation research work, the material basis and pharmacological mechanism of Shengqi could be comprehensively and systematically clarified, further optimizing the production process to ensure that the quality of Shengqi is more stable, safer, and effective. Academician Zhang believes that the future cooperation between both parties will be pleasant, close, and fruitful.
After the discussion, both parties held a brief and solemn signing ceremony. First, Mr. Zhu and Academician Zhang Boli signed the expert appointment letter, appointing Academician Zhang as the chief consultant for the group's post-marketing re-evaluation research project of "Shengqi Fuzheng Injection". Mr. Zhu presented the appointment letter to Academician Zhang on behalf of the group. Subsequently, Factory Director Xie Haiyan, Professor Kang Liyuan, and Professor Qu Haibin signed the research agreement for the post-marketing re-evaluation project of "Shengqi Fuzheng Injection" on behalf of Lizhu Pharmaceutical Group, Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Zhejiang University, respectively.
After the signing ceremony, Academician Zhang and his delegation, accompanied by Mr. Lu, visited the Traditional Chinese Medicine Center and the Monoclonal Antibody Company to conduct a study on the collaborative innovation of modern traditional Chinese medicine. At the Traditional Chinese Medicine Center, Academician Zhang praised the collection in the specimen room and highly commended the research achievements obtained by the center in the past ten years; at the Monoclonal Antibody Company, Academician Zhang expressed that the company's emphasis on the transformation into biopharmaceuticals and research investment exceeded expectations, and he also believed that Lizhu would achieve great success in biopharmaceuticals in the future. During the inspection, Academician Zhang also expressed his desire to visit Limin Pharmaceutical Factory at an appropriate time, hoping to conduct an on-site inspection of the production and research situation of Shengqi Fuzheng Injection.
Academician Zhang Boli and his delegation visited the group and attended the signing ceremony for the post-marketing re-evaluation research of "Shengqi Fuzheng Injection", marking the formal establishment of a strategic cooperative relationship between the two parties, who will closely cooperate in research, production, and talent training in the future.
