The pharmaceutical factory held a New Year "Walking Together" hiking event with a hundred people.
On January 1, 2013, the first day of the New Year, the pharmaceutical factory held a "Walking Together" hiking event with a hundred participants. Nearly 300 employees and over 40 staff members participated in this event. Leaders including Wang Maolin, Chairman of the Group Trade Union, Wang Rui, Director of the Pharmaceutical Factory, Ma Kewei, Deputy Director of New Factory Construction, Liu Ran, Deputy Director, Wu Quanhong, Director of Engineering Equipment, Sun Lang, Quality Director, and Li Yan, Supply Chain Director, attended the event.
The opening ceremony of the event officially began at 8 a.m. in the group parking lot, with opening speeches by Wang Maolin, Chairman of the Group Trade Union, and Wang Rui, Director of the Pharmaceutical Factory. At 8:40 a.m., nearly 300 employees were divided into nine teams, officially starting from the old Lijuzhu factory on Guihua North Road under the guidance of team leaders, group leaders, and safety officers. The Lijuzhu flag fluttered in the wind, and the employees of Lijuzhu Pharmaceutical Factory, dressed in orange T-shirts, walked hand in hand. The more than 100-meter-long, neatly arranged team resembled a magnificent "dragon," attracting the attention of passersby along the road. At around 4 p.m., the hiking team all arrived at the finish line at the new Lijuzhu factory.
This event passed through Nanping Street, Guangsheng Village, along the Zhuhai Bridge, and then through the Lake Center intersection to the new Lijuzhu factory, covering a total distance of 35 kilometers. Along the way, there were 6 stations set up for water and food replenishment, and there was a mobile cycling team leading the way, with mobile vehicles providing follow-up services.
At 4 p.m., in the new factory cafeteria, the organizing committee held a simple yet warm closing ceremony, awarding the top three in the men's and women's groups, the top three teams, and the best organization award, and issuing hiking certificates to all participants. Unexpectedly, the best result of this event was: 3 hours and 3 minutes, and the honor went to the veteran employee Zhou Wu from the Power Operation Department. When Zhou Wu expressed his acceptance speech, he excitedly said: "From the old factory to the new factory, a distance of 35 kilometers! I completed it in 3 hours! Do you think this distance is long or short? I believe that the future development of Lijuzhu will be as strong and unstoppable as my achievement!"
Finally, Director Wang Rui deeply expressed to everyone: "Everyone worked hard in this event, but my biggest feeling about this event is that it was painful yet joyful. I believe that 'the farther our hearts are, the farther we can go.' As long as we have firm beliefs and a determination to win, any difficulties in front of us will be insignificant."
