On April 14, the founding conference of the group's Scientific Research Expert Committee and the first committee meeting were held at the Zhuhai headquarters. The group's president, Tao Desheng, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting appointed the group's chief engineer, Wang Rui, as the chairman of the Scientific Research Expert Committee, and the group's vice president, Lu Wenqi, presented the appointment letter to Chairman Wang Rui.
