The Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Government Liu Hui and his delegation visited the Lizhu Ningxia Pharmaceutical Industrial Park for research. At the beginning of the new year, on January 8, 2013, Liu Hui, a member of the Standing Committee of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Government, visited the Lizhu Ningxia Pharmaceutical Industrial Park to inspect and guide the work. Hu Simin, Deputy Director of the Ningxia Fuxing Project, and Liu Rui from the preparatory office warmly received Vice Chairman Liu Hui and his delegation. Accompanied by the staff of the project preparatory office, Vice Chairman Liu Hui and his delegation conducted an on-site inspection of the construction situation of the Ningxia project. Liu Rui, on behalf of the Lizhu Group Ningxia Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, introduced the preparations for the industrial park in detail to the regional leaders on behalf of the group and company leaders.

Accompanied by staff from the project preparatory office, Vice Chairman Liu Hui and his team conducted an on-site inspection of the construction situation of the Ningxia project. Liu Rui, on behalf of Lizhu Group Ningxia Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, detailed the preparatory situation, industrial layout, and development goals of the industrial park to the regional leaders, as entrusted by the group and company leaders. He also reported to Vice Chairman Liu Hui that the two projects of Lizhu Group in Ningxia have submitted applications for "Industrial Revitalization Support Funds" to the state and the difficulties that need to be resolved during project construction, hoping for government support.
After carefully listening to the report, Vice Chairman Liu Hui first affirmed the engineering progress of the Lizhu Ningxia project, pointing out that the regional leaders attach great importance to the construction of the Lizhu Ningxia project. Leaders such as Vice Chairman Qi Tongsheng and Vice Chairman Li Rui have successively visited the Lizhu Ningxia project site for work. The Lizhu Ningxia project is a very important start for the industrial adjustment in Ningxia. During the project construction process, safety and environmental protection work must be prioritized. Government departments should actively coordinate and solve the difficulties faced by the Lizhu Ningxia project to create a more favorable investment environment for the project's development. At the same time, it is required that departments such as the Development and Reform Commission and the Economic and Information Commission actively assist the Lizhu project in obtaining national support policies.
