Wu Shi, the Secretary of the Jinwan District Committee of Zhuhai City, visited the Lizhu Industrial Park for research.
As the administrative and research building of the Zhengdang Lizhu Industrial Park is about to be completed, Zhuhai JinwanDistrict Party Secretary, Director of the District People's Congress Standing CommitteeWu Shi and his team visited the industrial park for research and guidance. Dr. Fu Daotian, Vice President of the Group, Zhou Peng, Assistant to the Group President, Wang Rui, Director of Lizhu Pharmaceutical Factory, and Xu Xiao, Executive Deputy Director of the Pharmaceutical Factory, warmly welcomed Secretary Wu and his team, and introduced the construction of the industrial park and the production situation of the pharmaceutical factory.
Led by Wang Rui, the Director of Lizhu Pharmaceutical Factory, Secretary Wu and his team enthusiastically visited the world-class elevated warehouse in the industrial park. When they saw the unmanned intelligent vehicles shuttling back and forth on the tracks inside the warehouse, transporting products waiting to be shipped, they often praised and inquired about the introduction and use of the equipment.
At the research site meeting, Zhou Peng, Assistant to the Group President, first warmly welcomed Secretary Wu's visit to the Lizhu Industrial Park on behalf of General Manager Tao. He said that since the Lizhu Industrial Park settled in Jinwan, it has received care, guidance, and strong support from the Jinwan District Party Committee and District Government during the construction process, and expressed sincere gratitude.With the completion of the administrative and research building of the industrial park imminent and the overall relocation of Lizhu Group approaching, there are still four issues that need to be coordinated and resolved by the District Party Committee and District Government: First, the progress of the road construction supporting the industrial park is slow; second, the surrounding environment of the industrial park urgently needs to be improved; third, the setting of bus stops has not yet been implemented; fourth, we hope to strengthen the construction of living facilities in the park to facilitate the introduction of high-end talents.
After listening to Zhou's report, Secretary Wu said that Lizhu, as a star enterprise in Zhuhai and a leading enterprise in the pharmaceutical industry, being rooted in Jinwan is a pride for Jinwan and will play a crucial leading role in the strategic development of Jinwan's transformation and upgrading. Providing good services for enterprise development is an important task of the District Party Committee and District Government, and creating a good development environment for enterprises is a central task of the District Party Committee and District Government. We will respond to the four urgent issues raised by General Zhou now: First, the road construction in the industrial park is being implemented by the Hongqi Town Government on Qinyuan Road in the north, and the upgrade and renovation of the other four roads will be handled by the District Lianji Company, with a planned investment of over 100 million, starting in August; Second, the issue of clearing illegal buildings and encroached crops around the industrial park will be resolved step by step by Hongqi Town; Third, the setting of bus stops will be communicated and coordinated with the bus company, striving to open two bus routes by the end of July, extending the stops to the west gate of the industrial park; Fourth, we will conduct a special study to solve the issue of living facilities for high-end talents. Addressing the urgent needs of enterprise development is also the essence of carrying out the Party's mass line education and practice activities.
Secretary Wu also exchanged views with Dr. Fu Daotian on how to attract high-level talents.
