The education of the Party's mass line is aimed at addressing the long-standing phenomenon of detachment from the masses within the Party, fundamentally solving this issue from an institutional perspective. Recently, the central leadership has personally gone deep into grassroots levels, reflecting the high importance placed by the central leadership. The Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee also attaches great importance to this mass line education activity, which includes both prescribed actions and self-selected actions. No matter what, we can only add, not subtract. As Lizhu is my stationed research unit, I can feel the new changes in the enterprise every time I come. This time, I came to understand the implementation of the mass line education in the company and the production and operation situation of the enterprise. It can be said that vigorously promoting the Party's mass line education is equally applicable to enterprises and contributes to their long-term stability. As a government, we must cooperate and serve the enterprises well, providing strong guarantees for their healthy development. As an enterprise, we must also improve the construction of various rules and regulations to achieve a magnificent transformation from 'ordinary aircraft to spacecraft.'" — Liu Zhenxin
At 9:00 AM on March 20, Liu Zhenxin, member of the Standing Committee of the Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Organization Department, led the deputy minister of the Organization Department, Xuan Yang, and the director of the Municipal Talent Office, Weng Wenpei, among other leaders, to the group to hold a symposium on the education practice of the Party's mass line. Group President Tao Desheng, Vice Presidents Lu Wenqi and Fu Daotian, Assistant to the President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Zhou Peng, Assistant to the President and Secretary of the Party Committee's Discipline Inspection Commission Si Yanxia, and other company leaders participated in this symposium and had candid communication with Liu on issues that needed government coordination.
At the symposium, President Tao first thanked the Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government for their continuous care and support for the group. He briefly introduced the company's recent research and production operations to Liu: this year, the company not only successfully operated the B to H share conversion and established a new international financing platform; recently, a research product from the monoclonal antibody company obtained the national clinical approval, marking a new milestone in the group's research and development in the biopharmaceutical field; at the same time, the company is further introducing top international professionals to continue strengthening the R&D team; the company is about to relocate to a new factory in Jinwan, celebrating the 30th anniversary of its establishment on a brand new platform. President Tao hopes that the Municipal Party Committee and Government will continue to implement favorable talent introduction policies and accelerate the improvement of the living and working support facilities in the western district to provide comprehensive support for the development of enterprises.
Group Vice Presidents Lu Wenqi and Fu Daotian introduced the group's research platform construction and talent introduction situation to Liu. Vice President Lu stated that the group is striving to take a unique path in chemical medicine by using a 'flexible approach to talent' and is working to rapidly elevate the company's traditional chemical drugs to international standards through platform construction. Vice President Fu expressed great satisfaction with the talent introduction support policies of the Zhuhai Municipal Party Committee and Government, saying: 'Zhuhai not only has a beautiful environment and favorable policies, but more importantly, the government and enterprises do not treat us as outsiders. Therefore, the group is making very smooth progress in introducing research talents, and projects are further advancing towards internationalization. Our team is very confident and is preparing to 'make a big push' in Zhuhai!'
Assistant to the President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Zhou Peng briefly introduced the implementation of the Party's mass line education in the group, outlining the four phases of this activity. He also called on all party members to actively participate in the 'Three Strives and One Creation' activity, which includes striving to be production experts, sales experts, R&D experts, and creating vanguard positions for party members. All activities will closely revolve around the group's actual operations and annual business goals, and the group will report the implementation of the mass line education to the Municipal Party Committee's Organization Department in a timely manner.
After hearing the reports from the group leaders, Liu gave high praise and affirmation. He stated that every time he comes to Lizhu, he can feel the tremendous changes in the company, with commendable achievements in both product R&D and talent introduction. As a government, we fully support the development of enterprises and ensure all necessary support. As long as enterprises need government cooperation, we will do our utmost. Zhuhai has the best medical service system and the most advanced talent introduction system in the country, coupled with Zhuhai's unique geographical advantages, the latecomer advantages will become increasingly apparent. I hope enterprises and the government can work together, be pragmatic, fully leverage advantages, improve various rules and regulations, and take the opportunity of relocating to a new factory and the 30th anniversary of the establishment to achieve faster and better development.
Finally, Liu also hoped to take this opportunity to solicit opinions from Lizhu Group on the role of the Municipal Party Committee and Government in the education practice of the Party's mass line.
