Lijun Group Chairman Zhu Baoguo and Lijun Group President Tang Yanggang delivered inspiring and motivational speeches at the meeting; they clarified the goals, deployed tasks, and proposed the overall tone for the year's work.

Chairman Zhu Baoguo said:
In the past year, all employees of the group have been enterprising, brave in struggle, and successfully completed the annual business goals. Achieving such results at a time of drastic economic changes is not easy. Here, on behalf of the board of directors, and in my personal capacity, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all employees who have fought hard and worked diligently!
I hope everyone will further liberate their thoughts in the new year, be pragmatic, take on responsibilities, face challenges head-on, and forge ahead to achieve the business goals of 2019.
The business tasks for 2019 can be summarized in eight words: reform, responsibility, innovation, and development; this is the overall tone of the group's work this year. Development is Lijun's ultimate goal, responsibility is the mission and commitment that every employee must possess, and reform and innovation are the means and methods to achieve corporate development.
To this end, we must focus on the following three points:
First, we must strengthen the transformation of marketing concepts.In the new market policy environment, we must use new ideas, new methods, and new means to expand sales in every possible way; we need to open up channels and connections from multiple angles, and we must enhance the overall strength and scale combat effectiveness of sales.
Second, we must firmly grasp the key to R&D innovation.We need to improve efficiency and accelerate progress; the market is calling: we must adopt a spirit of seizing the day, with a sense of urgency and responsibility, to quickly launch new products that meet market demand.
Third, we must actively shoulder our responsibilities, be brave in taking on tasks, and work hard.Whether it is managers at all levels managing teams, or colleagues in R&D, sales, production, and frontline management and services, we must realize that it is like rowing upstream; if we do not advance, we will retreat. In the face of fierce competition, we must have unwavering confidence and work diligently to create value for the company and strive for a better life. Although we are currently facing more difficulties than ever before, the environment for every enterprise in the industry is the same; the key is whether we have solid skills! In 2019, I hope the group will emphasize honing our internal capabilities: first, in terms of product quality, we must strive for excellence and ensure the best product quality; second, in terms of environmental protection, I hope every employee will be enthusiastic about environmental protection and treat it seriously, recognizing its extreme importance from the core. Lastly, we must improve efficiency; improving efficiency has always been my concern, which requires execution power, starting from every detail. These are the internal capabilities we need to hone; only by developing solid skills can we cope with many uncertain challenges in the future, thus growing robustly and becoming excellent.I believe: there is no winter that cannot be overcome, and no spring that will not come!

At the beginning of the new year, the board of directors appointed me as the president of the group, and I feel a heavy responsibility. I want to thank Chairman Zhu Baoguo and the board of directors for their trust in me. Our management team will continue to lead the employees in the new year, adhering to the group's overall tone of "reform, responsibility, innovation, and development," fulfilling our duties, being proactive, and solidly advancing all work!
Development is the ultimate goal of Lijun's progress, responsibility is the mission and commitment that every employee should have, and reform and innovation are the necessary paths for corporate development.
Here, I want to emphasize three points:
First: to carve out a new path through reform.We must continue to deepen reforms, liberate our thoughts, and keep pace with the times in all aspects of R&D, production, and sales, aligning with the national medical reform trend. We should lead with reform, delve deeply into various fields, seek new growth points, and create new achievements. Our reforms must be practiced by everyone in the group; we must not just pay lip service. What to change, how to change, and how to implement those changes are the most important aspects, and we have already determined these.
Second: we must strengthen our sense of responsibility.Every colleague must carefully examine their responsibilities, identify areas that need improvement, and strive to create value for the company. Every Lijun employee bears a glorious and arduous responsibility and mission, and we must diligently perform our duties and enhance our execution power. I want to emphasize that a management cadre who does not understand execution power is certainly a poor manager and needs to be adjusted. We must give opportunities to those who want to work, can work, and can achieve results, and focus on strengthening the management and assessment of the cadre team, daring to take responsibility and being willing to contribute.
Third: we must adhere to innovative development.The times are calling, and everyone must have a sense of urgency to continuously improve innovation efficiency. Development is an eternal theme, and it is a hard truth; what we seek is growth in business results. Therefore, we must contribute our wisdom to Lijun's development with new ideas and methods, find opportunities in innovation, create benefits through innovation, and hone solid skills through innovation. Only in this way can we achieve rapid development. We must clarify Lijun's future development goals, aiming to be among the top tier in the industry within five years. On one hand, we must fully utilize the company's various advantageous resources, and on the other hand, we must overcome all difficulties and eliminate all obstacles on the road ahead.
