On November 28, 2016, the day of the Xin Si in the month of Geng Zi of the year of Bing Shen, on the auspicious occasion of the successful overall relocation of the Lizhu Group headquarters, a simple yet grand opening ceremony for the Lizhu Pharmaceutical Industrial Park and the completion of the Yuxiang Cultural Stone and the unveiling of the Business School's Jishi was held at the east gate square of the headquarters building. The opening ceremony was hosted by Zhou Peng, the vice president of the group and deputy secretary of the group party committee. He said: After 31 years of continuous development and the hard work of several generations of Lizhu people, Lizhu has become a star enterprise in China's pharmaceutical industry that attracts global attention. Today, the sun is shining brightly, and the gentle breeze is refreshing, welcoming the Lizhu Group's overall relocation from the auspicious land of Gongbei to this golden place.
On November 28, 2016, the 28th day of the 11th month in the Year of the Monkey, on the auspicious occasion of the successful completion of the overall relocation of the Lizhu Group headquarters, a simple yet grand opening ceremony for the Lizhu Pharmaceutical Industrial Park and the completion of the Yuxiang Cultural Stone and the unveiling of the Business School's Jishi was held at the east gate square of the headquarters building.
The opening ceremony was hosted by Zhou Peng, Vice President of the Group and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. He said: After 31 years of continuous development and the hard work of several generations of Lizhu people, Lizhu has become a star enterprise in China's pharmaceutical industry that attracts global attention. Today, the sun is shining, and the gentle breeze welcomes the Lizhu Group as it relocates from the auspicious land of Gongbei to this golden bay, witnessing the beginning of another entrepreneurial journey for the Lizhu Group.
At Mr. Zhou Peng's invitation, amidst the warm applause of all employees, Mr. Tao Desheng, Vice Chairman and President of the Lizhu Group, delivered a speech.
In his brief speech, Mr. Tao Desheng expressed his heartfelt feelings: Today is a good day, as our industrial park officially opens and fully settles in, marking the beginning of a new era of development for Lizhu! We will simultaneously unveil the cultural stone at the east gate square and the Yuxiang stone of the Business School, symbolizing Lizhu's corporate mission and pursuit, which will be engraved not only on the rock but also in the hearts of all employees. We must remember our mission and let the spirit of Lizhu be widely promoted and passed on.
After Mr. Tao's speech, Mr. Xu Xiao, the factory director of Lizhu Pharmaceutical, and Mr. Wu Quanhong, the deputy factory director, personally lit the auspicious firecrackers on both sides of the main gate, and then Mr. Tao personally unveiled the east gate of the industrial park.
As the gate symbolizing "peace, auspiciousness, and wealth" slowly opened, the participants of the unveiling ceremony took a group photo.
All attendees moved to the square in front of the office building of the industrial park, where Mr. Tao announced the start of the unveiling ceremony for the Lizhu cultural stone, and together with the group's executives and the factory directors Xu Xiao and Wu Quanhong, unveiled the cultural stone at the headquarters square. When Mr. Tao Desheng and the management team unveiled the red curtain of the Yuxiang stone, the eight red characters "Lizhu World, Life Everlasting" came into view.
At this moment, the Lizhu Industrial Park was filled with a peaceful and joyful atmosphere, with factories scattered like stars, the towering administrative and R&D building, the newly opened east gate of the group, and the Lizhu Business School basking in the blue sky. The gentle breeze and auspicious signs heralded that the company's operations and development would surely be prosperous and thriving. The employees witnessed this exciting moment.
Long before the idea of building a screen wall at the east gate of the industrial park to engrave the company's cultural philosophy, President Tao Desheng had been contemplating: The company's development has already entered its 32nd year, experiencing ups and downs; what has withstood the test of time, gained wide recognition from the public, and achieved a high consensus among new and old employees is still the slogan refined by the company in the 1990s. Nearly 32 years of development and transformation practice have proven this point. Mr. Tao Desheng believes that building a screen wall should use natural stone, without fancy carvings and decorations. Thus, the Lizhu Industrial Park customized a yellow wax stone wall, which is 10 meters long, 3.8 meters high, 1.3 meters thick, and weighs about 110 tons. It resembles a jade elephant, symbolizing profound meaning. This is the creation of nature, gathering the essence of heaven and earth, guarding the Lizhu Group, and establishing the forefront of pharmaceuticals. The stone inscription stands as a declaration; the jade elephant embodies broad-mindedness; the auspicious stone guards the homeland.
Subsequently, all participants moved to the Lizhu Business School to unveil the cultural stone of the Business School. Mr. Tao earnestly hoped that the Business School would cultivate more talents to assist in Lizhu's development and rise. Then, Mr. Tao and Dean Zhou of the Business School unveiled the cultural stone, officially announcing the opening of the Business School base.
The entire opening ceremony of the Lizhu Pharmaceutical Industrial Park was solemn, grand, and simple.
November 28, 2016, is destined to be recorded in the glorious history of Lizhu's development, becoming a towering milestone for our new start. How can it not stir our passions and make our hearts surge like the sea?
