From February 19 to 22, the 34th National Pharmaceutical Economic Information Release Conference, hosted by the Southern Pharmaceutical Economic Research Institute of the National Medical Products Administration and organized by the Pharmaceutical Economic News, was held in Zhuhai. At the conference, the "Leading Forces: Achievements of High-Quality Development Enterprises in Chinese Medicine, Achievements of High-Quality Development Brands in Chinese Medicine, and 2022 Media Observation on Social Responsibility in Chinese Medicine - Responsible Pioneers and Public Welfare Pillar Enterprises" were released. Livzon Pharmaceutical Group was recognized as a "High-Quality Development Achievements Enterprise in Chinese Medicine," and the 1.1 class innovative drug Yilian - Esomeprazole Enteric-Coated Tablets was awarded the title of "High-Quality Development Achievements Brand in Chinese Medicine." Due to its outstanding contributions to epidemic prevention and control, Livzon Pharmaceutical Group was honored as the "2022 Media Observation on Social Responsibility in Chinese Medicine - Responsible Pioneer and Public Welfare Pillar Enterprise."

At this conference, during the special session of Livzon Pharmaceutical Group - Star Map Co-initiating a New Journey, Group Chairman Zhu Baoguo pointed out in his speech that Zhuhai Special Economic Zone has been established for over 40 years and is an "important window" for reform and opening up. Livzon Pharmaceutical Group has grown and developed together with the Zhuhai Special Economic Zone. Currently, Livzon Pharmaceutical Group has developed into a comprehensive pharmaceutical enterprise, continuously focusing on innovative drugs and high-barrier complex formulations, achieving sustained breakthroughs in fields such as chemical drugs, traditional Chinese medicine, biological drugs, raw materials, and in vitro diagnostic reagents. Over the past decade, Livzon Pharmaceutical Group has maintained a compound annual growth rate of approximately 17% in net profit while continuously increasing investment in innovative research and development, from 475 million yuan in 2016 to 1.523 billion yuan in 2021, with a five-year compound growth rate of 26.24%. The year 2023 marks the beginning of implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party and is a key year for implementing the "14th Five-Year Plan." China's pharmaceutical industry seeks progress while maintaining stability, maintaining a good trend of innovative development on the path of high-quality development.
