In the joyous celebration of the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up, the year 2018, soaked in our hard work and sweat, has become history; we welcome the year 2019, which is destined to be extraordinary.
Looking back at the past year, all employees of Livzon Group have been enterprising, brave in struggle, and have successfully completed the annual business goals; achieving such results in the face of the rapidly changing economic situation is not easy. I am deeply proud of the courage and hard work of the group employees; at the same time, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all friends from all walks of life who have always cared for and supported Livzon's reform and development!
In turbulent times, true heroes emerge.
In the new year, our tasks are glorious yet arduous, and the challenges we face will be even more severe. As long as we follow the trend, work diligently, strive bravely, and overcome difficulties, we will surely reach the shores of victory.
The work of Livzon Group in 2019 can be summarized in eight words: Reform, Responsibility, Innovation, Development. Development is Livzon's overall goal, responsibility is the duty of every employee in the group, and reform and innovation are the means and methods to achieve corporate development. To this end, we must focus on the following three points:
First, we must strengthen the transformation of marketing concepts. In the new market policy environment, we should use new ideas, new methods, and new means to expand sales by all means; we need to open up channels and levels, like the Eight Immortals crossing the sea, showcasing our skills, and effectively improving the overall strength and combat effectiveness of sales.
Second, we must firmly grasp the key of R&D innovation, improve efficiency, and accelerate progress. The market is calling: we must adopt a spirit of seizing the day and a sense of responsibility that time waits for no one, and quickly launch new products that meet market demand.
Third, we must actively shoulder our responsibilities, be brave in taking on tasks, and work hard; whether it is the management teams of various levels or colleagues in R&D, sales, production, and frontline management and services, we must realize that it is like rowing upstream; if we do not advance, we retreat. In the fierce competition, the survival of the fittest prevails. We must have unwavering confidence and put in a hundredfold effort to do our respective jobs well, create value for the enterprise, and strive for a better life. Although the difficulties we face now are greater than ever, the policy environment for every enterprise in the industry is the same; the key is whether we have solid skills! I believe: there is no winter that cannot be overcome, and no spring that will not come!
