Our company intends to bid on the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Phase I Civil Construction Procurement Project for the Indonesia Factory
(2) Project Implementation Location: Jl. Letjen Soeprapto Kav. 4, No. 1, Gedung 2, Desa/Kelurahan Cempaka Putih Timur, Kec. Cempaka Putih, Kota Adm, Jakarta Pusat, Provinsi DKI Jakarta
(3) Procurement Content: Production Workshop II, Office Quality Inspection Building, Public Engineering Building, Canteen, with a construction area of approximately 18,000 square meters
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure that the project quality first pass rate is 100%, in accordance with national and local Indonesian current engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(5) Construction period: 6 months
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with work achievements in Indonesia, last year's operating income not less than 40 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time. Enterprises applying for engineering projects should have first-level or above qualifications.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact information of the registration contact (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-examination
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
