Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 40 million yuan, and able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, copy of business license, copy of qualification certificate, performance in the last three years, annual financial statements, copies of contracts for similar projects with a total price exceeding 2 million (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
