Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. (3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 1 Gas Chromatograph, 6 High-Performance Liquid Chromatographs, and 2 Ultra-High-Performance Liquid Chromatographs
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Professional equipment and facility production and operation enterprises
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): Delivery within 30 days after receiving the bid notification letter
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 30 million yuan, and able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Required submission materials for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact person with communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
