1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Raw Material Drug Construction Project of Lizhu Group Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. 15000m3/h RTO Waste Gas Treatment Facility
(2) Construction Unit: Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(3) Project Implementation Location: New Plant of Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (East side of Daijiu Road, South side of Jianshe Road, Macun District, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province)
(4) Procurement Content: 1 set of RTO waste gas treatment facility, including three-chamber regenerative incinerator, pre-treatment alkali washing tower, pre-treatment water washing tower, post-treatment quenching tower, post-treatment alkali washing tower, summary water washing tower, and chimney.
1.1 Three-chamber regenerative incinerator Processing capacity: 15000m3/h, one set.
Pre-treatment alkali washing tower Processing capacity: 15000m3/h, one.
Pre-treatment water washing tower Processing capacity: 15000m3/h, one.
Post-treatment quenching tower Processing capacity: 15000m3/h, one.
Post-treatment alkali washing tower Processing capacity: 15000m3/h, one.
Summary water washing tower Processing capacity: 25000m3/h, one.
Chimney, 30 meters, one.
1.2 Provide RTO and supporting waste gas treatment equipment that meets URS requirements.
1.3 Responsible for the transportation, unboxing, hoisting, equipment positioning, installation, debugging, and corresponding personnel operation, maintenance, and repair training.
(5) Quality requirements for this bidding project: "Standards for the Control of Unorganized Emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds", "Emission Standards for Air Pollutants in the Pharmaceutical Industry", "Technical Specifications for Industrial Organic Waste Gas Treatment Engineering using Regenerative Combustion Method", and other relevant standards.
(6) Equipment delivery period: to be completed within 120 days after the contract is signed.
(7) Bid security for equipment: 100,000 yuan.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. This bidding is for high-quality brands at home and abroad, belonging to mid-to-upstream products in the same industry, with a valid business license and qualification certificate, and the ability to independently bear civil liability. Registered capital greater than 25 million yuan, with 5 cases of chemical or raw material drugs (including at least 2 halogen cases), able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time and responsible for installation and debugging.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, qualification certificate, contract, annual financial statements, and contact person with communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
