Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for 1 Set of Steam Pressure Differential Power Generation Equipment by Fuxing Company
(2) Project Implementation Location: Jiangyin Town, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Content: 1 set of steam pressure differential power generation equipment, see URS for details
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: The steam pressure reduction power generation must still meet the requirements of each steam consumption point. The equipment must have sufficient strength, rigidity, and stability, and all mechanisms must operate safely and reliably. Vibration, noise, energy conservation, and environmental protection must comply with current national standards. The manufacturer must have advanced manufacturing processes, processing technology, advanced production equipment, and scientific management, with product quality at the leading level in the industry; honest and trustworthy, with good after-sale service. There are many domestic users with no major quality issues or defect feedback.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period: Delivery as per our company's requirements within 140 days after receiving the bid notification letter
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 30 million yuan, and having manufacturing experience of more than 20 sets of similar pressure differential power generation equipment, able to send a technical person to participate in technical Q&A within the specified time;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, contract photocopy, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
