Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for the Clean Room and Air Conditioning System Rectification of Livzon Group Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory
(2) Project Implementation Location: North Chuangye Road, Jinwan District, Zhuhai, Guangdong
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): This project includes a cold storage area of approximately 134㎡, a low-temperature operation room of about 43㎡, with a height of 3m (subject to actual site inspection), including cold storage enclosure structure insulation and heat preservation engineering, refrigeration system engineering, air conditioning ventilation system engineering, electrical lighting engineering, flooring engineering, and installation of supporting equipment.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure that the project quality first pass rate is 100%;
(5) Equipment delivery period (project construction period): Complete project construction within 60 days;
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 15 million yuan, registered capital not less than 5 million, possessing a level three or above qualification for construction electromechanical installation engineering, and able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, number of cases in the past three years, copies of contracts from the previous year (for cold storage installation projects over 1 million, attach copies of contracts, no limit on quantity), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-examination

(5) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Livzon Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/), and the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" can be found on the official website.
