Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. (3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Upgrade and Transformation of the Wastewater Treatment Capacity (Old Plant)
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: The entire process from engineering design, process design, civil construction, material and equipment procurement, equipment installation, debugging to completion acceptance of wastewater treatment, the contractor is responsible to the client in terms of quality, schedule, and cost, implementing a "turnkey" project.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 90 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a secondary qualification or above.
2. Required submission materials: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal representative and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the credentials, contract photocopy, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
