Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil responsibilities.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, photocopy of the contract (the above photocopies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline within seven (7) days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials (please indicate the name of the bidding project) to the dedicated bidding registration email.

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback to potential bidders who meet the requirements and confirm their bidding qualifications.
