2. BiddingRegistrationQualification Requirements for Registrantsand Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability,with last year's operating income not less than20 million yuan, registered capital not less than 40 million, possessing a secondary or above qualification for construction decoration engineering contracting, and able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration:Legal person authorization(entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards,copy of business license, copy of qualification certificate, number of cases in the past three years, copy of last year's contract (for decorationengineering exceeding5 million cases with attached contract copies, no limit on quantity), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).3..
