2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 30 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, photocopy of the contract, financial statements for the past two years, and contact person with communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
