Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Lizhu Group Lizhu Pharmaceutical Factory Procurement of Labeling Machine and Continuous Automatic Box Packing Machine
(2) Project Implementation Location: Lizhu Pharmaceutical Factory, Chuangye North Road, Jinwan District, Zhuhai, Guangdong
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Labeling machine and fully servo continuous box packing machine for the renovation of the bottle packaging line at Lizhu Pharmaceutical Factory, including connection transmission, customized small bottle storage anti-tipping transfer device, rejection device, camera monitoring system, full servo control, display and control panel, etc. Provide spare parts that can meet the requirements for two years of normal operation of the equipment, and can organically connect the existing checkweigher and various downstream equipment into a smoothly coordinated automatic production line with balanced production capacity.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the URS requirements for our factory's production line upgrade
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 90 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with annual operating income not less than 80 million yuan for three consecutive years from 2021 to 2023, specializing in the production of labeling and box packing for pharmaceutical bottles, with extensive application cases in large domestic pharmaceutical enterprises, belonging to long-term cooperative suppliers of Lizhu Group or pharmaceutical factories, and able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of business license, photocopy of qualification certificate, photocopy of contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualification for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
