Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Supervision of the LIZHU Industrial Park P03 Construction Project
(2) Construction Unit: LIZHU Group LIZHU Pharmaceutical Factory
(3) Project Implementation Location: No. 38 Chuangye North Road, Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, LIZHU Industrial Park
(4) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Supervision services for the construction, structure, curtain wall engineering, electrical, fire protection engineering, water supply and drainage, supporting roads, sponge city, and other specialized engineering of the P03 industrial plant. The P03 industrial plant covers an area of approximately 9,000 square meters, with a building area of about 36,000 square meters, a four-story concrete frame structure, and a total height of 23.9 meters.
(5) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Supervision and management of project quality, safety, and progress according to national relevant supervision implementation rules and related management specifications.
(6) Project supervision service period: Completion within 13 months from the start of construction, subject to the specific project bidding documents.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
(1) Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, and must also meet the following conditions:
a. The registered capital of the enterprise is not less than 10 million yuan, with an annual operating income of not less than 20 million yuan in 2022, and at least two contracts with a single contract amount greater than 600,000 yuan;
b. The enterprise should have a Class A qualification for housing construction engineering supervision;
c. The proposed chief supervising engineer should be from a civil engineering-related major, possess a registered supervising engineer qualification certificate, with the registered practice unit being this company, and have an intermediate or higher professional title;
d. The enterprise should have passed the certification of quality system, safety and occupational health system, and environmental system;
(2) Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, integrity commitment letter, photocopies of performance contracts for the past three years (at least 2 contracts with performance over 600,000 yuan in 2022), annual financial statements (for 2021 and 2022), contact person and communication method (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 15 days from the date of posting.
