Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. (3) Procurement Content: 2ml glass bottle washing and filling production line, 50ml plastic bottle filling production line;
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Comply with the new version of veterinary drug GMP requirements
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Project Duration): 75 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 36 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to conduct technical Q&A within the specified time;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
