Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. 2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 5 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have municipal public engineering general contracting level three or above;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of credentials, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact person with communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Registration will close 10 days after being posted online. Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project)
