2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 7 million yuan, able to send a technical person to conduct on-site inspections and technical Q&A within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a secondary or above qualification for fire protection facility engineering contracting.
2. Submission materials required for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, copies of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
