Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Laser Coding Machines in the Packaging Workshop of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Section 2, East Third Ring Road, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Procurement of 11 laser coding machines, details can be found in the bidding documents for laser coding machines.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Comply with the requirements of the bidding documents.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): As required by the bidding documents
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
(1) Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with 2022 operating income not less than 10 million yuan, and at least 5 laser coding machine projects in the pharmaceutical industry from 2021 to present (provide copies of some contracts).
(2) The registered enterprise's credentials should include ISO9001 quality system certification.
(3) Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, 2022 financial statements, copies of business licenses, copies of credential proofs, performance over the past three years, and copies of some contracts (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated email for bidding registration (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
