Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. 1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Disposal of Scrap Materials by Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Old Factory of Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (No. 82, Longxing North Street, Pengzhou City)
(3) Bidding Content (Scope of Work): Fixed assets in the old factory area that are no longer reusable (including but not limited to equipment, pipelines, air ducts, distribution cabinets, etc.), specific list can be found in the bidding documents.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Meet the requirements of the bidding documents.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents to be submitted
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, and able to send a technical person to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, contract photocopy, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. This project does not accept joint bids.
