Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Jiaozuo Synthetic New Plant Project Tank Area Thermal Imaging System, AI Intelligent Monitoring and Access Control System Procurement
(2) Project Implementation Location: Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. New Plant (East side of Daijiu Road, South side of Jianshe Road, Ma Village District, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province)
(3) Procurement Content (Project Scope): See URS (Hikvision Brand)
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure that the equipment quality first pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering Class A quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of Party A.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal local enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 1 million, registered capital not less than 1 million, rich experience in thermal imaging and AI intelligent monitoring project installation, and able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, number of cases in the past three years, copies of contracts from the previous year (for thermal imaging systems and AI intelligent monitoring systems with cases over 500,000, attach copies of contracts, no limit on quantity), annual financial statements, registration contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(2) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for those potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
