(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Meet user URS requirements, satisfy the latest instrument safety requirements. Have relevant manufacturing qualifications, be honest and trustworthy with no bad records, product quality is reliable and industry-leading in the country, and after-sale service is timely.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
(1) This bidding is for high-quality brands at home and abroad, belonging to upstream products in the same industry, legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, and capable of independently assuming civil liability. Registered paid-in capital not less than 10 million yuan, equipment manufacturers' operating income in 2022 not less than 50 million yuan, able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time and responsible for installation and debugging.
(2) Required documents for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact person with communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
(3) Bid security: 30,000 yuan
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
