Livzon Group Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory welcomes units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
I. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Design content of the engineering project:
To construct a P03 factory building covering an area of approximately 9000㎡, which is a four-story building with heights of 5 meters, 6 meters, 6.5 meters, and 5 meters (to be confirmed) for the first to fourth floors. The design content includes the planning design of this area and the design of standard factory buildings.
(2) Project Name: Livzon Group Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory Livzon Industrial Park P03 Factory Construction Project;
(3) Project Location: No. 38 Chuangye North Road, Jinwan District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province;
(4) Construction Unit: Livzon Group Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory
II. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Bidders are required to have Class A qualifications in the chemical, petrochemical, and pharmaceutical industries, and Class A qualifications in the construction industry (construction engineering); the previous year's operating income should not be less than 50 million yuan, and the registered capital should not be less than 60 million yuan. They must be able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; and be able to organize a professional project team to complete high-quality project design results within the deadline.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificate, photocopy of the contract (the above photocopies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
III. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

(5) Qualification Pre-examination: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-examination based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The purchase of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
(6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Livzon Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). For details, please refer to the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" on the official website.
