Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: LIZHU Group LIZHU Pharmaceutical Factory Clean Room and Air Conditioning System Rectification Project Procurement
(2) Project Implementation Location: North Chuangye Road, Jinhai District, Zhuhai, Guangdong
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Construction area of approximately 800m² (subject to actual site inspection, may be implemented in phases), including purification decoration project, ventilation and air conditioning project, electrical lighting project, public pipeline project (industrial steam, chilled water, condensate water, drinking water, etc.), water supply and drainage project, fire protection project (meeting specification requirements and passing acceptance by Zhuhai Fire Department), flooring project, cooperation with the installation of newly purchased equipment, clean room and air conditioning system verification services.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure that the project quality first pass rate is 100%;
(5) Equipment delivery period (project construction period): Complete project construction within 45 days;
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 30 million yuan, registered capital not less than 50 million yuan, possessing a Level 3 qualification for building electromechanical installation engineering contracting, Level 2 or above qualification for building decoration engineering contracting, and able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, number of cases in the past three years, copies of contracts from the previous year (for purification decoration cases over 5 million, attach copies of contracts, no limit on quantity), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
