Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Procurement of Air Conditioning Units for the Jiaozuo Synthetic New Plant Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: New Plant of Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (East side of Daijiu Road, South side of Jianshe Road, Ma Village District, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province)
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 12 sets of Class B warehouse air conditioning units
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Ensure that the equipment quality first pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national Grade A engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(5) Delivery Period: 60 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates must have the ability to independently bear civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 10 million, registered capital not less than 10 million, rich experience in BMS and EMS engineering installation in the pharmaceutical industry, and able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, number of cases in the past three years, copies of contracts from the previous year (for air conditioning systems over 1 million, attach copies of contracts, no limit on quantity), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit)
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Within 7 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project)

(5) Qualification Pre-Review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
(6) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Lizhu Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/), and the "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" can be found on the official website.
