Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. (3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): High and low voltage distribution project and supporting facilities in Lizhu Industrial Park. Reporting and construction of high and low voltage distribution projects and installation; design optimization of high and low voltage distribution projects and passing the review of Zhuhai Power Supply Department; acceptance by the power supply bureau and handling of related procedures for power supply.

2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan, registered capital not less than 10 million, able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; the bidding construction unit must have independent legal person status; qualification level of construction enterprises: must have a level 4 or above construction qualification for distribution contracting; qualification level of project manager: the proposed project manager must have a professional qualification of level 3 or above (including level 3); the project manager must have experience in managing high voltage distribution projects and cannot be replaced without permission; if a replacement is necessary, it must be approved by the owner.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, copies of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
