Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Renovation Project of 10KV Distribution Cabinet of Lizhu Group Fuzhou Fuxing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, South Port Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Area, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province (Phase I Non-Explosion-Proof Area)
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Replacement construction of Phase I 10KV distribution cabinet (including removal of old cabinets, procurement and installation of new cabinets, disassembly and assembly of original energy monitoring meters, disassembly and assembly of power supply company assessment tables, etc.)
(4) Qualification requirements for this bidding: Level 3 general contracting for electric power engineering construction or Level 3 and above for professional contracting of power transmission and transformation projects
(5) Project Duration: Procurement delivery period of 40 days, construction and installation period of 1 day
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with annual operating income not less than 10 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificate, performance in the past three years, annual financial statements, photocopy of distribution engineering contracts with a total price exceeding 1 million, photocopies of other construction contracts (the above photocopies must be scanned copies with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-examination
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
