Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Modification and Renovation Project of the Automatic Fire Alarm System in the Factory Area
(2) Project Implementation Location: Workshop 103, Workshops 301, 302, Solvent Recovery Workshops 402, 403.
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Includes replacement of indoor fire alarm equipment, modification of indoor and outdoor circuits, excavation and restoration of pavement, excavation and restoration of green belts, waste soil transportation, equipment debugging, etc.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Meet the current fire safety standards and construction quality acceptance standards.
(5) Project Duration: 90 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil responsibilities, and able to send technical personnel to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; the enterprise credentials should be at least Level 1 in fire facility engineering.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal representative and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the credentials, photocopy of the contract, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. To minimize the impact on construction progress, the bidding construction unit must arrange personnel to familiarize themselves with the construction site before bidding; at the same time, ensure that construction personnel can effectively work in Zhuhai.
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 6 days from the date of posting.
