2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability.
Materials to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, performance in the past three years, photocopies of some contracts (the above photocopies must be scanned copies with the official seal of the unit).
