Our company intends to conduct separate bidding for the equipment in the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the corresponding equipment bidding. The relevant announcements for this project are as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Wastewater Treatment Project of Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Jianshe East Road, Macun District, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work):
1. One wastewater treatment plant, designed raw water quality COD average concentration: 3000mg/l, COD instantaneous concentration: 4000mg/l, ammonia nitrogen average concentration 200mg/l, total nitrogen 300mg/l, treatment capacity 200m3/d. The wastewater plant operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The total usable area of the wastewater treatment plant is approximately: 4300 square meters.
2. This bidding project includes the entire process of "turnkey" engineering from engineering design, process design, fire protection design, civil construction design, public works (functional rooms, wastewater plant waste gas collection pretreatment), material and equipment procurement, equipment installation, debugging to completion acceptance. Bidders are required to cooperate in completing the feasibility study report, design review, construction declaration, and other related procedures for the wastewater treatment plant.
(4) The quality requirements for this bidding project: subject to our company's bidding documents and URS requirements.
(5) Project duration: subject to our company's bidding documents and URS requirements.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submission materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's or this year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan; registered capital of not less than 10 million.
2. Hold a Class B qualification for engineering design in environmental engineering (water pollution prevention engineering) and a Class 3 qualification for environmental engineering contracting.
3. Have more than 3 successful cases of raw material drug synthesis or similar wastewater treatment from 2019 to 2021.
4. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter and contact information of the entrusted person, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of business license, qualification certificate, performance in the last three years, photocopies of some contracts, financial statements for the last three years (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
