(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): High and low voltage power distribution project and supporting facilities. Reporting and construction of high and low voltage power distribution project; design optimization of high and low voltage power distribution project and passing the review of Jiaozuo Power Supply Department; acceptance by the power supply bureau and handling of related procedures for power supply.

2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents to be submitted
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability; last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan, registered capital not less than 10 million, able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; the bidding construction unit must have independent legal person status; qualification level of construction enterprises: must have level 4 or above construction qualification for power distribution contracting; qualification level of project manager: the proposed project manager must have professional qualification level 3 or above (including level 3); the project manager must have experience in managing high voltage power distribution projects and cannot be replaced without permission; if replacement is necessary, it must be approved by the owner.
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of the qualification certificate, photocopy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
