Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Purification Engineering Procurement Project of Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Wanfang Industrial Park, Macun District, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province
(3) Procurement Content: Cleanroom renovation and laboratory renovation
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Comply with the latest GMP/FDA/EUGMP standards and meet user needs
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
(1) Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing clean engineering and special equipment installation qualifications, with registered capital of no less than 50 million yuan, and annual achievements of no less than 100 million yuan in 2022; at least two achievements in pharmaceutical enterprises and one achievement in laboratory renovation. Must have a secondary or above qualification for construction decoration engineering contracting and be able to send a technical person to the site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time.
(2) Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact person with communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
(3) Bid security: 300,000 yuan
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
Registration time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
