Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Mechanical and Electrical Installation Project of Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: Wanfang Industrial Park, Macun District, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic
(3) Procurement Content: Mechanical and electrical installation engineering, equipment installation, process pipeline, electrical instrument installation, platform construction, etc.
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Grade 1 qualification for general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
(1) Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability. Registered capital of no less than 100 million yuan, with annual performance in 2022 of no less than 200 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time and responsible for installation and debugging.
(2) Required submission materials for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, copies of the ID cards of the legal person and the authorized person, copy of the business license, copy of qualification certificate, copy of the contract, annual financial statements, contact person and communication method (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
(3) Bid Security: 500,000 yuan
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-examination
Registration Time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.

The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
