Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Rod Labeling Machine Equipment of Livzon Group Microball Company
(2) Project Implementation Location: Microball Workshop of Livzon Industrial Park
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): The rod labeling machine to be procured this time is mainly designed to automatically complete the feeding of syringes, automatically load the syringe push rod, complete the rod, label printing, label inspection system, labeling, automatic rejection of non-conforming labels, and other operational functions (detailed procurement according to URS requirements).
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: The equipment bid by the bidding unit should comply with the latest regulations and standards of the international pharmaceutical industry and meet the requirements of the bidding party's URS. The URS does not cover or limit the seller's equipment to have higher design and manufacturing standards, more complete functions, better configurations and performance, superior components, and higher-level control systems. The bidder should provide high-quality equipment and related services that meet the higher standards and functions achievable by the seller while satisfying the URS.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): 60 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submission materials
1. A legal enterprise with a valid business license and qualification certificate, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with an annual operating income of no less than 25 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Required submission materials for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
Registration time: Deadline is 3 days from the date of posting on the website

Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
