Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. 1. Introduction to the Bidding Project

(2) Project Implementation Location: Wanfang Industrial Park, Macun District, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, Jiaozuo Lizhu Synthetic
(3) Procurement Content: High-performance liquid chromatograph, gas chromatograph, chromatographic data system (CDS) network version, etc. See URS for details.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Meet user URS requirements and comply with the latest FDA and Eu GMP requirements. Have relevant qualifications, be honest and trustworthy with no bad records, product quality is reliable and industry-leading, and after-sale service is timely.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Documents
(1) This bidding is for imported high-quality brands, which are upstream products in the same industry. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability. The previous year's operating income should not be less than 10 million yuan, and there should be no less than 5 similar projects in the domestic pharmaceutical industry in the past three years. There should be a technical service team and spare parts warehouse in the country to support after-sale service, and a technical person in charge should be dispatched within the specified time for technical inquiries and equipment installation and debugging.
(2) Required documents for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification certificates, photocopy of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above photocopies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
(3) Bid security: 50,000 yuan
