Our company intends to bid for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Installation Procurement Project for Clean Production Area of Livzon Group New Beijiang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8 Shilong Avenue, Xinjicun Committee, Shijiao Town, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City
(3) Procurement Content: Installation of 1 clean production area. The clean area levels include B, C, and D levels, with an area of approximately 800 square meters, including structure, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, equipment, and process pipelines;
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Comply with the latest GMP/FDA/EUGMP standards and meet user needs;
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): Delivery within 90 days after the party A issues the bid notification.
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, possessing clean engineering and special equipment installation qualifications, with last year's operating income not less than 75 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of credit certificates, contract copies + summary table of achievements in the past 3 years (contracts in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry with unit prices above 1 million), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
Registration time: Deadline within 5 days from the date of posting.

Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements.
